I am back to exercising; I tend to lose a lot of motivation in the winter. I'm at a pretty decent weight; I am looking more to gain strength and just be more fit overall.
I have had a lot of physical issues but they seem to be mostly mitigated now. I am lifting weights and riding a bike and interspersing that with yoga.
It is easy for me to be motivated this time. of year. And it helps with stress.
Would like to hear from others who are working on this....
