I gave myself a goal of finishing a book where I did all of the research in 2003 and 2004. I've written three pages. I had a sports blog that was getting a couple hundred visits a month and ... I let that go as well.

Doing that stuff was my escape from a failing marriage. Now my escape from is FB and DB.

I've never been a wine drinker. After I moved out I noticed that W is drinking quite a bit of it. Yet she never, once mentioned just getting a bottle of wine to drink together at night. I don't know why.
