This was my favorite. In the final three years together, the stresses seemed to be piling up so I started doing the dishes every night, all of the laundry, made most of the meals, gave the girls baths.
All so she could concentrate on work and hopefully get promoted.
She told about 14 months ago that I "didn't do it out of love." I was doing it so she'd be "too dependent to leave" me.
One thing I have enjoyed these last 10 months is just laying down on the couch when I get home. It's been years since I did that.
