I know this makes me look bad but it is so cute. I was out walking with my 3 youngest the other night. D9 was trying to understand the difference between a promise and a goal. I started to say that I could set as a goal for myself not to cuss during basketball games. She says, "But Mommy you do. Whenever the other team scores you usually shout out $%#^&. (okay this is an exaggeration but that is besides the point). I said well ok but I am going to try not to. You don't need to tell everyone. She comes back with,"We already all know you do, because we sometimes watch the game with you." I just told her that we don't need to tell Grandma and Grandpa and people outside the family. I will keep working on it. She said okay and the conversation moved on to something else.

Reminder to self not to bring up basketball around my kids and in front of my parents when they are with us!!
