About the guy mentioning that he works out...that would be a huge turnoff for me. I love a guy who's fit, but can't stand it when men are vain and obsessed with working out, their bodies, etc. I guess BTDT with H.
Good for you for tackling the house issues. Your decisions should be based on what's right for you and S, not fear.
