I am so disgusted by cheaters AND liars, and by default most cheaters are liars...haven't heard many stories on here where the spouse says, "Just a heads-up honey, I am going to start sleeping with someone else now..."
So I would be angry too and esp bc he should have been at daycare in the first place.
But sounds like you don't have much leverage legally, sorry, that sucks...
