Well, I have found that D was grounded for the whole Spring Break and this week, along with having her phone taken away, because she just spoke what was on her mind. That's all.
According the the boyfriend, he and D were getting along fine, and suddenly she broke up with him out of the blue, something she did with her other boyfriend. He believes Dick is the reason she broke up with him, and the reason he has taken away the phone too, so they can't talk. They have been sneaking notes to each other, and communicating through facebook also. So, I won't be surprised if she gets cut off from the computer also.
Isolation, one of his favorite tools..... I know it all too well. If he can't convince D to break up with him, he'll start bad mouthing her to him, saying she said "something" that would be hurtful about the boyfriend, so the boyfriend begins to doubt her and or the relationship. I've had too many aquaintences, friends, and even some family members fall for his crap... I know it all to well. Dick knows exactly what to say to cut the ties... he's a master manipulator. My heart breaks for them both.
