I think they thing that pushed me the most was answering this question....what are you showing your children?

When they grow and have a relationship how are they going to view you and your marriage? Are they going to see a weak, powerless woman that let someone run over her and did not stand up for herself? Or are they going to see a strong, independent woman that stood up for her marriage and told husband that he can be in the marriage 100% or he can leave. Either way she knew that she was going to be happy and be able to be a good mother.
