I disagree. There are some major red flags, like his wife's unwillingness to hug him, her FB use and question, and some others that I picked up on.
I think the Sprint call logs should tell us what we need to know, one way or another. If they are negative, he could decide to look no further, but I think that one step is a reasonable precaution, considering what's at stake here.

with sprint, I think he can look online and check the call history. You can also request the call history at a local sprint branch. THen he can sometimes find out where she is and who she is calling by copying and pasting the number into google if it's a restaurant, business, hotel, or landline it will let him know. If it's an unrecognized cell phone he can call private and pretend to be taking a survey. Just a few things I did to find out.
