So now I have financial issues due to my mom's actions (inactions actually)...

Feeling very beaten and discouraged....

Am I supposed to lose the house? Is that what the message is?

Also, H actually did go to a L who told him not to give me any more money until after a court date.... Somehow I think he got the cliffnotes version of H's actions to date...

I just wish I could trade lives with someone else for a while.... I can't take much more...
