I would suggest that you focus your boundary-enforcing efforts on your husband, and not this other couple. Your husband violated your no-contact agreement, basically blew you off all evening, stayed out until 4:30am with his girlfriend (and I have little doubt they had sex), acted like an entitled horse's ass when you called him on it . . . and you tell him "I hate to see you in pain" and "Just promise me you won't do it again"????
