Ignoring him doesn't seem to be enough of a hint though....and I'm already worked up about it. *sigh*

Sent him this: "I do not understand why someone who thinks it is okay to not talk to a friend for years because of one incidence of rudeness (e.g. Jude after Lisette's party) would not understand why, after the emotional pain you put me through, I would not want to speak to you. Either you are extremely cocky thinking everyone wants to be your friend, or extremely insecure and need proof of my forgiveness, but either way, it is your forgiveness you should be working on."
