If it is your kids dance then you have every right to be there for them.
Don't go just so your W sees you.
Go b/c you want to spend time with your kids.
Never miss out on your kids lives b/c of your W.

Enjoy the dance for the kids and be in a happy mood. Your W will be noticing your actions .
