Local (and somewhat local!) support available, and on back-up, if needed. (This will be the most important.)
IF there's not something there:
Full court press w/out major pressure. Time-frame for allowable response - End-of-month - After that, don't let the door hit you in the as$ on the way out.
This won't work as is, as the resentment wall is building, and I don't go "back" well, nor do I forgive well. This will get interesting because he will NOT leave his boys.
