Donna - Totally agree with Oldtimer. This isn't about ex, unless you choose to make it so. This is just a kid who couldn't bear to be embarrassed at school wearing short pants. I get it - one of my kids was like that. Don't make it into more than it is.
Let go or be dragged. That was my mantra. It just IS - you gotta accept it and move on.
