CX5-I don't know for sure. IF he comes up with money, it will be a loan. The bank that he usually borrows from is very good about that but he is behind 2 months in payments to his hot rod and dirt bike...they may not help him. I've got it, I CAN help but I don't trust that I would get it back. I didn't tell him that I got a check from the county of our partially paid real estate tax money and that our federal income tax is back...let him stew a little! I think he is going to be totally overwhelmed about finances here pretty soon! Amazingly, I am quite calm now about it all. I am usually the one that freaks out about money. In the past, I would have gone crazy thinking we'd lose th house in foreclosure! Now, I just want to make sure that we don't lose it so that I can sell my half of it to him and be done with the whole thing!
