thanks for your reply BeingMe, I think you read my update wrong, the old home is back on the market the sale fell through. even if it sells I cant see them paying aunt the money back she lent them, I think aunt realises shes been robbed of her life savings, and this is the ex who would never ever loan a dollar from anyone not even me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
