Just remember that scents work differently on everyone. Pick the one you like best, then ask a female sales associate or a woman passing by if she likes it on you.
Mmmm, I love it when a man smells nice. In fact, BF knows this and will put on his aftershave or lotion (I picked out both) if he wants me all over him. My nose immediately goes to his neck if I catch a whiff.
One more thing: make sure that you schedule dinner for a day/time that works for you. Don't change anything for her. If it has to wait a week or more for your schedules to align, so be it.
