You have the priorities figured out, BobbiJo! I was never a real sports guy, I was the one who got picked last, too small, too slow. By the end of high school I actually started to get a little coordinated, and could hold my own in stuff like PE softball or soccer. I enjoyed playing the other games all along, I just never was very good, or very serious. But, academically, well, until college I was at the very top. And I had a blast playing in the band, the marching band, and the stage band. I don't think I missed out on much. Heck, I went to almost all the football games, home or away, either with the band or just with some friends. (One of my best friends was a cheerleader... always a very good friend, never a girl friend. She married my best guy friend. I kept gluing them together though high school!)

Anyway, too much about me.... the point is, every kid is different, and if you give him half a chance, he will find the right place for him.
