FM, that chapter sounded was what I needed to read more so I have to go back to it since I still sometimes question 'what if that one time I didn't say xyz or didn't do xyz etc'.

However, yesterday I ordered anther book titled 'How to heal a broken heart in 30 days' - yes the title is gimicky but it had really good reviews on amazon and I looked at the sample pages which looked promising. I'm not naiive enough to know that I'll be a happy go lucky guy in 30 days but I like how it walks you through your various emotions day by day etc. Almost like a good pal who's been through it and understands what you're going through.

I'm not much of a reader, I lose interest in books after the first chapter or two unless it's a really good book. Otherwise I'd much rather buy the audio version of a book and listen to it while my looooong commute.
