Possible EA - sitting on the edge

Okay w found the recorder! I went out tonight and it's gone. It must have jarred loose or something.

It makes sense she got home from the gym and her parents show up...they never drop in. Then she left and went to their house. I remember now she went upstairs with MIL alone. Must have been showing her the recorder.

I have a huge knot in my stomach about this. She isn't saying anything but now I'm worried about what she might do with OM who is a cop!

Any ideas. I don't want to admit to it but should I confront with just the cell phone records and move this forward?
