You are probably right. I shouldn't have put it in there until today. I was out for a beer (or three) with my buddies and I just figured since she was asleep when I came home it was a good time.

I appreciate the feedback on what to say - it makes sense. She's gone with d to ILs house for dinner.

I wasn't asked to go more something like - 'what are you going to do while we are out'

Might get some intel tomorrow from the computer if she switches off her work laptop to use FB etc.
