Goodness no! Unthinkable.

Anyway, he'll be busy picking up dog doo-doo, going through eight months of unopened mail, and perhaps contemplating whether it was a mistake to play Russian roulette with his marriage.

Thanks for dropping by Wholeagain.

Only 7 days until H returns, and I am finding it difficult to keeping my balance. Moving is disorienting. crazy I'm trying to get all but the absolute necessities to my new place, but I need to stay in the marital home with the dog, so it feels like I live neither here nor there.

While I was filling out my change of address card yesterday, I was hit with a wave of pain and sadness. I guess because the last time I had a change of address, it was from my apartment to "our" new home when we married. I realize that my hurt is more about the loss of my hopes and dreams, rather than the loss of the reality of living with H.

I still can't come up with the what to say to H, (in an email). Although the thought of letting him discover I'm gone when he walks in the house, is appealing in a way, I don't think doing it that way would promote civil and cordial relations for the next phase. Any ideas? Maybe a limerick or haiku? grin

Nothing new comes to mind. Just plenty of hugs and virtual support. It's part of the grieving process. Let the emotions flow so you can heal.

H is home. I finished moving out just hours before he arrived. I sent him a brief email just before he left Europe and printed out a copy which I left on the kitchen counter just in case he didn't check his email.

I told him I would be off for some long delayed R & R for a week or so.

So after nearly 7 months, that is done. Feels fine so far. Guess I'll be moving to the getting divorced thread soon.

I would offer some words of support but I just had an argument with BF and right now I'm thinking being single is a grand idea.

Are you going to the spa for a week? That would be lovely.

Hope the move wasn't too awful, you deserve some rest and relaxation!
