HFC - Needy gets wearing after a while. It's not as much fun as time goes on. Your H will never be able to give enough to fulfill her needs and be able to keep up with her. This in turn will make her resentful and when a better option presents itself she will move on.
This is just IMHO and what I have seen many times with this type of R.
