understand, when times are hard, it can be hard to keep faith.
But realize that he does know the whole picture. Just as sometimes a parent will allow their child to endure hardship because of their choices, or to experience something that will help them grow. We know that it might be hard for them, but we know that thru enduring those times, they will be molded into a better person.
although I can't say 100%, because I did get thru my sitch and my M was saved after going thru what felt like hell, but I totally believe that even if my M hadn't been saved, I still would have thanked God for allowing me to endure it because of what it taught me about myself and about people and about the love that we are suppose to have. After my sitch, I was so thankful, but while in it, I sometimes (especially in the beginning) I felt hopeless. But I read and read God's word. I really read a lot of the sad psalms in the beginning, but here are more encouraging scripture that will perhaps help uplift you.
Romans 8:28
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose
<God DOES love you and he knows the plans he has for you, but you must trust him and trust that you WILL have a beautiful future ahead, even if you can't see any light in the tunnel, do not give up before you reach it. >
1 Peter 5:6-9 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings.
<I remember this one well. This IS a huge humbling experience, so allow yourself to just give it up to him and let go of trying to figure things out. Let him pick you up, and he will also use those surrounding you, people who will support you, and people that understand your pain. There are MANY who have been, and are in your shoes. You CAN get thru this. Do not let satan win this battle, you are worth so much more. >
