It is funny, I have the kids this weekend as well and was also thinking zoo. I also coach my D6 soccer team and S8 baseball team and we have practices and games this weekend so that will keep my busy.

What kind of schedule do you have worked out with the kids? I'm looking forward to coaching in the future great why to enjoy your children and keep you busy.

I need to sit down and draw up a goal oriented list to keep on a good galing track. I can get bogged down at times if I don't have a "to do" list drawn up which opens up the door for negative thoughts to creep in. The self esteem takes a hit under these conditions and takes some rebuilding. I gotta run to meeting. Have a good evening.

CLV, we have a 3-4 schedule (my favorite defensive line-up). One week I have the kids wed, thur and fri, and then the following week Mo, Tue Sa and Su.

CLV, I joined a large evangelical church and signed up for a divorce support group. That's on Tuesdays. They also have the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University. That's on Mondays.

I already play softball and basketball and golf and will do more of that.

If you are in a bigger area check out Meetup.com. They may have active dining out or singles groups. I'm in a smaller metro so that's been limited. There is a dining out group that has been meeting for a year or so and I'm going to try that out.

Forgot to mention it is my W's B-day weekend. Can't help but think she has big plans with OM2.

I have a question. Should I get her a b-day card? She gave me one back in Nov. but it was from the kids. Should I reciprocate? I'm thinking it would be appropriate. Although she did fly out of town to hook up with OM1 on my B-day weekend. I thought that was pretty cold.

Sounds like you have a nice Galing schedule in place.

I need to fill in my after work gaps when I don't have the kids. When my shoulder is healthy I'll fill an hour or two after work with working out. I also intend to get my Brokers license and I may look into taking Spanish classes at some point. Galing on the weekends during daylight hours hasn't been and issue, however, I need to fill the night with some activities.

I'm not in dating mode yet but will be in the near future. However, if a little hottie should fall into my lap unexpectedly I'll dance.

I think a card from the kids would be a good thing. It would make them happy, right? Maybe they could make one for her.

I would not get her a card from you...tell her happy birthday (to her face) and call it good.

The Rams stopped playing any type of defense years ago; I am so proud to be a season ticket holder..lol.

I've decided to pass on getting her a card from the kids. The kids aren't old enough to get it and I feel like a kook giving her one on their behalf.

I'm not going to see her until the 7th and as such won't need to mention her b-day at all.
