Cool. I'll check it out. Last night I tried a chicken recipe that was basically a chicken breast with veggies, mushrooms, and chix stock baked in a foil pouch. It sounds boring, but it was actually very good.

Seriously. Thank you. Thank you all (Pearl, Rob,and you too Serenity, if you want to chime in). I feel so much better to come here and, if nothing else, vent. It really helps to have someone take the mind jumbles I spew and make some sense out of it. I should be sending my C money to you guys! Maybe I'll buy some lab equipment instead.
