I'm going to write in my journal this morning, and try to sort things out. I need to do something different, that will move things forward, yet hold onto the positives. I feel like I need to be a skillful surgeon, trying to remove disease from an intact body, without doing harm to what's working well.

I need to keep a clear head and pure heart. My actions and words must be chosen carefully. My focus needs to be on the R, and not her friend.
