Cell Phone Bill - incapable of obtaining - Last Resort - PI
GPS Tracking - Working on that... have the hardware, now need to figure out the software...
So, the plan is if I can get a phone slipped in his car, and track it through GPS, and it all checks out fine, I won't need a PI to trail him. But, I will probably need a PI to get the cell phone bill.
If that all checks out, I'll smack him. That's it. Just smack him.
