Lostforwords, Forgive me for my ignorance, please; but, I do not understand what you mean by "more open infidelity". I have lived in NC all my life...Are you telling me that infidelity occurs here more than anywhere else?
As for the case, I was THRILLED w/ the outcome....just hope the woman is able to one day collect at least some of the money. (My lawyer told me I could file such a suit and would probably win...I just didn't want to risk paying out all that money and then not winning. Or, not be able to collect.)
