Sassy. Keep running. Do not stop running..... Trust me on this. It is not something you do for 9 weeks and then discard. It is a life altering choice.

The first goal was to run 5 km 3 times a week. It took 2 months anad a week to get there.... Why would you toss it away ??????

When you hit that 5km 3 times a week..... Do this for 3 weeks then start the next goal 10 km
