One last piece of advice from ol' opinionated Puppy: you may want to just let your atty's handle exchanges like that one. If it's about who-gets-what, and what her responsibilities are, you don't have to be the one to communicate that. It's not your job to teach her anymore, and it'll be far better for your own emotional health to not have to get dragged thru the sighs and the drama every time.
