Got a text from H today saying:

Are you are interested in Mediation to agree a financial settlement? If so, what day would be best?

I dont want to go mediation. I am not comfortable with the idea as I dont trust myself and am concerned that I will agree to something I shouldnt. It can also be very expensive and will also could be to my H's benefit. I feel like if I agree I will again be giving into what H wants.

I would like to respond via email as follows:

Whilst I appreciate that you would like to follow the mediation route. This is not something I am comfortable with. As previously mentioned all future correspondence re settlement will be via L. I am happy to discuss childcare matters via email.

What do you think?? ANy good? Or do I just ignore text?
