I'm reading 10 books wink - books are my addiction. But Gardener and hoosiermama recommended this one and I recommend it to all the LBSes:

It's a book to read sloooooowly, but it's very helpful.

Gosh everyone...it blows me away that anyone reads and responds to my confused navel-gazing. Thanks to each and every one of you!!!

Ever stop to think that some of us might consider it to be a very fine navel? whistle

Anyway, you're welcome. But what you're describing is simply what we do for each other here. God knows you've done it for me in the midst of some of my self-obsessed min-meltdowns.

Good night, fm,

Don't feel bad, I have the procrastination/self esteem vortex issue too. On my FB profile, someone posted a really good link. Also, I love Gardeners advice.

Anyhow, here's to being forgiven for one of the seven dealy sins: SLOTH!

I tend to see good things that happen as short lived (temporary), caused by someone else (external), and only affecting a partial area of my life (specific). Overall I am "very pessimistic" as a result.

I can see that optimism could play a huge role in creating a better future for myself, so this is something that I'd like to investigate more.

Pervasiveness Bad Score moderately optimistic
Good minus Bad Score very optimistic
