Wow, she is only 3 (I assume 4 soon) and follows the meaning of the lyrics in Taylor Swift songs! BTW... My daughter listens to a Taylor Swift album every night at bed time.

Told ya she was smart! smile Yep, 4 on May 1st...

She has a boy st school that she likes...he decided he liked another girl (the drama of being three!)...she told my mom, "It's ok, he's just another picture to burn" (a line from a Taylor Swift song!

If we are listening to a song and she doesn't understand it, she will ask me what it is about. Good thing I listen mostly to country and christian music! smile

CTH-I will check it out tomorrow, too sleepy for good analysis as it is 3 am. Dang that Bejeweled for hypnotizing me again!!

So I have a kind of silly question. Doing all of this speech stuff means I have been spending time with my former classmate, the other speech coach. I'll call him R. So I have fun chatting with him and we have a similar style of witty banter. Too bad he is a liberal, but nobody is perfect! wink

I know I would like to have him for a friend, we were more like acquaintances in high school as he was a year younger and we had different groups we hung out with. However he is single, and I am single, so I don't know how to say, "Hey, want to go to the movies" without sounding like I am asking him out. I think it would be super awkward to say, "Hey we should grab some BWW, but I am just asking you as a friend." whistle

OK people, help!

I did this with my friend J. After texting during the ball game last week, I asked if he wanted to do anything. I suggested either go and grab something to eat or a movie. We ended up doing both. Just had fun. Piece of cake.

OK....but we haven't been texters, I mainly talk to him when I am with him! For example I saw him at the March Madness last night and we talked after briefly, but he had to chaperone the school dance so no opportunity to ask him to hang out...

He has IM'd me on FB and I do have his cell # so I could text I suppose...
