T are you doing what I did with the communication. I am now in control of my life. No longer afraid. Getting things done for my life as it is important!

Hi ALL,

Very bad day today. I work as an independant contractor in finance. I have a contract with a big company... and today they cancelled it. Damn budget cuts.

Now more than ever I need prayers the new job comes through.... I should know early next week.

I am choosing to believe that this is the best timed job transition ever!

Thank goodness I don't drink...

Hi Pearl,
I talked to H because he has started calling as a means to communicate with me and after months of pushing that form of communication its just easier than pushing it to go back to email! Who knew he would start doing it when I didn't care anymore.... I have mentioned the mail thing. He keeps insisting he won't do it. I need to push the issue... I've just been so stressed lately I haven't wanted to deal with him on it. Its just easier not to. I need to...I know...

I can't believe I got hit on ... on a date! I was a little embarrassed but it was a really really nice validation!!! smile

Thanks for reminding me Pearl. I can't stand the person H is now... what I miss is just a memory! It is nice to remind myself of that and be OK will missing the memory... I think thats perfectly acceptable and normal!! wink

Tal, you can talk to H on the phone, but you don't need to answer when he calls. You're busy GAL!

And you don't need to push the mail thing. It's better to make the statement once then follow through. If/when he asks about some particular piece down the road you tell him that you already explained what you would do with his mail if he didn't submit the change of address. Simple.

Missing the memory is fine. Just understand that it is a memory. No use spending a lot of energy wishing and waiting for something that no longer exists.

If you love somebody, set them free.

Fingers crossed on the job!

I'm with Pearl--just mark each piece of mail "return to sender."

Is is not legal to do a change of address for someone else? do you know his new address?

And yeah, if I didn't say it before-getting hit on while on a date...wow!

keep the PMA up!
