Hey CB. Found your new thread after a few rounds with the boys.

Im probably in no condition to post now but I had to say a few words LOL.

The key words that I can relate to are DBing, Listening, Running, Trust, Acceptance and Unconditional Love.

I can not overplay how important these are when dealing with the cards we were all dealt with.

And I can also relate to being an old softy after 40. Seems I get more emotional every year whereas in my 20s I could care less about anything or anybody. Life and love seems to catch up with us in a hard way in our late 30s and early 40s.

I am dealing with trying to convey all my lifes lessons to my 20yr old son (he is in love (lust) right now. I pray to God that he does not make the same mistakes I made. And I am here to try and steer him into making the correct decisions.

With that said I have to say that I am a bit of a hypocrit as I may be falling in love all over again. No, forget what I just posted. It's the wine talking.

Take care my band of brothers. I will stick to this thread like glue as CB is light years ahead of us. We can only hope to emulate his wisdom and strenth. Stay strong CB. We will take your advice to heart. The value of friends and family can not be overplayed. Keep them by your side and in your heart.
