Great response Kara...

I know. It's just that I've been trying hard this week and I'm having a "moment" ya know?

No I did not stew all day. I actually had a day of have to's and went about my business until I called H at 3:30. Then he pissed me the hell off like you don't know.
I'm so sick of how he talks to me. I've had it...really.

I'm trying to calm down now. I had 2 beers and I'm relaxing. It was a beautiful day here in Cali - 80 degrees and sunny. The wind is blowing and I'm full of thoughts. Why I'm here and all of that.....what am I doing?

I'm here while my H is out cheating with another married woman. How dumb is that? This is pissing me off.

I'm having a bad afternoon. I'm trying to keep it cool. I'm gonna take my kids to dinner and get out for a bit.

I'll never feel the same about my H again.

Luv

We are all entitled to "moments" , Luv. I just don't want to see you get to a place where your health is compromised from stress that you are bring to bear on yourself. You may not be able to control the stress that is brought on you but you can control that which you exert on yourself.

Negativty feeds on negativity until you have a big old negativity monster. FEED THE POSITIVE DOG, LUV.

Luv,

I always read your thread and follow along. I wish I could be helpful, offer you comfort or some good advice.

This is such a treacherous process filled with emotions we never knew we could feel they are so powerful.

I think of you each day. Much love to you!

morning people...

H came home 7:45 kinda early for a Friday he usually comes in around 8:30-9. He was missing from work earlier in the day so I don't know where he was. He was definately up to no good yesterday.

We were all leaving to dinner when he showed up. He comes inside the house and we all walk to the car. He comes to my window and asks, "where you going?" I said, "what do you want mr. luv?" (I called him earlier in the day and he said that to me) so I said it back in a mean way. I kept saying what do you want? (he's been saying that to me lately)

I said we're going to dinner...you don't call and let us know where you're at so we decided to go. He said, "so I wanna go" but D says, "you don't want to be here." He stormed off into the house saying, "whatever."

We went to dinner and enjoyed ourselves. I was surprised he was home when we got back.
