Hmmmm- well I can remember shag carpets too - not so good at remembering the haircuts, (me being a mere baby then - wink ,wink), but of course shagging, or to have a shag, means something else over here too.
Back to the pigs....they used to stuff them in beds in Elizabethan times, prior to going to bed, to try and get the fleas out of the beds - nice eh? Pig poop or fleas - what a choice!!!!!!
