smith18 Member S Joined: Oct 2007 Posts: 5,992	Mach - Rule #4 is double tap. Rule #2 is beware of bathrooms. Rule #1 is cardio which it sounds like Jack is working on. Rule #3 (seatbelts) will still be able to be worn if the weight is kept off. Limber up Jack (rule #18).
