I'm going to fight hard to make sure I get to keep my Sunday nights. W wants me to bring them back at 6 p.m. on Sunday. To me, a weekend is Friday, Saturday AND Sunday nights. If I'm somewhere with them on Sunday, I don't have to worry about leaving early so we have to pack up and get back in time.
I am not agreeing with the change, but in my situation the weekend is Friday at 5 til Sunday at 5. Part of the reason I set it up that way is so that the kids can get back home and get organized for school on Monday, relax, bathe, and get a good nights sleep. In my case, I know how disorganized and self-absorbed my X is, so having him be responsible for preparng them for school is difficult. he does get one weekdy night with them, and things are often forgotten, homework not done, etc. on those nights.
