I just read your first ever post and the latest post. Wow! It seems like you have come MILES.
I think, unfortunately, I hung onto a lot of the stuff in DB more than I should have, really believing with my heart of hearts, that I would be able to fix the situation. It never happened. I held onto hope without being able to balance the fact that statistically, reconcilliation was just a fantasy. I would frantically search the internet for statitistics and facts to build up the fact that it "would work out". Holding onto sand. Unfortunately, I think, sometimes this site gives false hope against all odds. If you just focus on "you can save your marriage" you forget that statistically, more often than not, when one person wants out...it's over.
I'm often dismayed by the large number of people posting on this board, but so few on the "Piecing our marriage back together" board.
It seems like you may also have someone old/new in your life.
What's going on with your XH? I'm sure like all the "jumpers" on this board, he has found incredible bliss, tranquility, serenity and above all, happiness (Sure.....lmao!)
