Well, Jeff, if you guys weren't 1000+ miles away....
I think that having the freedom to date is enough. That means if it happens, hooray! But I just don't feel the need to scour the match ads desperately looking for my new soul mate...
My standards are pretty high, and with little kids at home, I don't have a desire to go through a string of hook-up partners. (Not my style anyway...) So I will let things happen naturally and not get too concerned either way.
Although I, too get lonely. I mentioned that to my counselor. She encouraged me to get more socially involved, join some groups to make new friends, male and female.
