The Writer's Group was great! The focus is not just in having your writing critiqued. How to get published, how to build your writing resume... basically what it takes to get started and keep going.
And yesterday was also great because I didn't suffer in silence. I tend to always forgive others without saying anything. The unwitting martyr.. "Your needs come first, don't worry about me or how it effects me. In fact, don't even think about it!" Saying a simple statement of how I feel.. no big deal.. is incredible.
So.. a showing today. One couple from the open house wanted to know my oil consumption so that shows interest. Things are moving forward.
