Oh, and btw, Serenity: I was really glad to hear you say you're going to be sticking around. Because, you know, I saved this from your very first early thread, and I'd hate to have to go sick The Greek on you if you didn't live up to your promise to her:
Quote:
Serenity ~~~ What V wrote to you ~~~ one of the best examples of sisterhood I've seen on this board. Print up her post. Put it on your fridge or wherever you will see it several times a day. And when you get through this (cuz you will), pay it back by being there as a big sister for someone else. That's what Big Girls do.
Cheers ~~~

At the risk of sounding like a commercial for Pull-Ups, "You're a big girl now."
I will be going no where...How could I...I am filled with so much wisdom and Faith...It is now my job to pay it forward to someone else...That is what He would want me to do...Plus I don't want to risk the wrath Greek.

That was a beautiful post. When your last few posts said you were fine, happy, "walking on air'" but would not discuss it yet, I had the sense that you had not just made a decision, but "had arrived somewhere," if that makes sense.
I am glad for you - overjoyed for you and remain in awe of your faith, strength, and resiliency.
And you always gave as good as you got. While everyone here contributes, helps, cares, you, my friend reminded me of - helped rekindle, actually - my Faith, pushed (or pulled) me when I needed it and coaxed me along on those days when I couldn't find the strength to put one foot in front of the other, whether actually/physically, mentally or emotionally.
I'm blessed to have shared your journey and look forward to continuing.
