It can take some getting used to, but a breakfast of scrambled eggs with salsa, and some sauteed greens (kale/spinach/collards/chard) is really satisfying and healthy.
There are lots of freezer breakfasts that are egg-based that you can prep and freeze in muffin cups and heat individually.
Another good breakfast is organic yogurt with some sliced nuts, with grated apple or defrosted berries, or sliced banana.
Boxed cereal is basically empty calories, devoid of nutrition.
