MF- check out oatmeal mixed with All Bran Buds for extra fiber (popinmicro)and season w/ ginger, cinnamon, milk, and your natural sugar sub- whatever that is.

OR scramble a couple of eggs, drop in chopped canadian bacon and a sprinkle of cheese for a total of 300 cal but higher on fat content...no sugar I think!
