I thought of you at my parenting class last weekend...seems there is a law in IA that to have any visitation/custody privileges, you MUST provide adequate shelter for all children at your residence. They said a couch did not count, there must be a bed for each child and a place for them to keep belongings, or you didn't qualify for visitation...
