I am thinking of your Dad as he goes through this. I know it is difficult but stay as supportive and as upbeat as you can around him.

Sounds as if things with H are getting a bit calmer, which I think benefits you both. Whenever you need to remember that look at the picture from your birthday. the one where you are both laughing and touching each other.
