Kat,
I'm so sorry to hear all of this. I have not been on the boards for a couple of days.

Everything will be fine. I know right now it doesn't seem like it, but it will be. You are a wonderful mother and person.

Social Services are doing their job, but it's awful you are having to go through this. Think of it this way, at least you know they are doing their job to protect other children. So many kids have slipped through the cracks, I believe they are much more likely to follow up on complaints due to bad press.
